With over 30 years of experience, Mr. O’Neal is trusted to provide expert witness testimony, conducts site evaluations and create complete designs for Federal, State and Local authorities.

Office Manager & Assistant Project Manager
Mrs. Gram has years of experience in business operation management, facilitation of schedules, contract management, and customer communications. As Assistant Project Manager, she works to ensure projects are completed quickly, efficiently and within budget. She also corresponds with clients on the financial side of the project.

We are also recognized by the Small Business Administration as a "Disadvantaged, Minority-owned Small Business." This allows easier contracting opportunities for government agencies interested in using our services.
